What Happens if I Have to Cancel or Change my Booking?

You have several options:
1. Send a substitute in your place
2. Confirm your cancellation in writing 10 days or more before the scheduled course and you will receive a full refund, less a $100 (plus GST) processing fee.
3. If you cancel within 10 days of the scheduled course you will receive a 50% (incl. GST) refund - the balance being a cancellation charge.

What if PDSL Postpones or Changes the Date of any Course?

1. PDSL reserves the right to change or cancel course dates for any reason mainly due to factors beyond our control.
2. In the event of a cancellation or a postponement, PDSL will either fully refund payments already made, or transfer the registration to another date - the choice will be yours.
