About
Team News
Most successful organisational communication strategies include
both face-to-face and written communications. Team News
is our framework for written employee communications. Team
News is not just an ad hoc newsletter - its about communicating
an organisation's vision and values and forms an integral part
of its overall communication strategy.
The key components of Team News are outlined in
the above diagram.
Team News is a "how to" for developing
and implementing newsletters - using internal or external resources,
or a combination of both. The programme can be successfully implemented
on a stand alone basis or as part of an overall communications
strategy that includes a Team Talk type of programme.
Team News is a powerful initiative for helping disarm
the "grapevine" and enhancing the credibility of legitimate
organisational communications
Licenced users of Team News receive:

The Team News Kit including a range
of supporting materials and templates:
A six hour, highly participative Action Training Workshop
in the use of the system. Training groups are small to maximise
learning.
E-mail help line support following training
Participants will automatically receive our bi-monthly newsletter,
PDSL People Planet, which
provides useful HR tips, reports on new developments, success
stories, timely articles, relevant statistics and so on.
For our standard public programmes the investment required for
introducing Team News into your organisation is $795
(plus GST) for the initial trainee/user and $595 (plus GST) for
subsequent trainees/users from the same business unit
The programme may also be run in-house by arrangement.
