Welcoming People™

Description
Welcoming People™ is a simple but powerful system for introducing and integrating new employees into the workplace. It is suitable for organisations of all sizes and types from small owner-operated businesses to large corporates. Participants are introduced to and trained in the use of Welcoming People™ in an Action Workshop and are provided with a comprehensive "kit" of resource materials. Additional follow-up training, based on individual needs, can be provided as needed. For some organisations the one day action workshop will meet all their needs; for others, follow-up training, based on individual needs, will be valuable.

Standardised workshops are presented on a public basis or arrangements can be made to customise and run the programme in-house in your organisation.

Course Outcomes
Participants will develop knowledge and skills for implementing Welcoming People™ within their teams and/or organisations.
