Description
Selecting People is a comprehensive system for recruiting
and selecting staff at all levels in an organisation. Selecting People
is suitable for organisations of all sizes and types from small owner-operated

Participants are introduced to and trained in the use of Selecting
People in a one-day Action Workshop and are provided with
a comprehensive "kit" of resource materials. Additional follow-up
training, based on individual needs, can be provided as needed. For
some organisations the one day action workshop will meet all their needs;
for others, follow-up training, based on individual needs, will be valuable.
Standardised workshops are presented on a public basis or arrangements
can be made to customise and run the programme in-house in your organisation.
