Developing People™
Description
Developing People™ is a comprehensive employee development
programme designed to assist managers and Team Leaders and their people,
to work together to identify an individuals' strengths and development
needs and to prepare development plans for developing their capabilities.

Participants are introduced to and trained in the use of Developing
People™ in an Action Workshop and are provided with a comprehensive
"kit" of resource materials. Additional follow-up training,
based on individual needs, can be provided as needed. For some organisations
the one day action workshop will meet all their needs; for others, follow-up
training, based on individual needs, will be valuable.
The workshops are presented on a public basis or arrangements can be
made to customise and run the programme in-house in your organisation.

People within their teams and/or organisations
