As organisations become leaner, the challenge is to achieve more with fewer resources. People Development Systems Limited (PDSL) was founded in 1997 by Managing Director, Carrick Courtney. A graduate in psychology from Auckland University, his career in human resources spans nearly two decades. He has held senior HR roles in a number of blue chip New Zealand organisations including Pacific Steel, Carter Holt Harvey, Pepsi-cola, Turners & Growers, and Goodman Fielder. He is a regular presenter at business conferences and is the author of numerous published articles and presentations on cutting edge HR innovations [see articles].
